Adrian Smith has spent the last 10 years working in Australia’s largest Telco, Telstra. Starting in a retail store and working in various roles throughout his time, Adrian spent the vast majority of his career working in management positions in Contact Centres and Retail and then finishing his time with Telstra as NBN Project Manager in North Sydney. With this portfolio, Adrian has spent a large amount of time working with sales representatives on simply converting leads into sales. Along with this Adrian has spent the last 2 years consulting to numerous businesses on building clear, achievable sales processes and facilitating workshops to train and develop staff across different sectors. Adrian’s approach is to keep it simple, teachable and trackable.
