Phil has been with Experian for over 7 years – Originally starting out in a product support capacity but has then worked through a number of different roles including building a Data Services team. For context, the Data Services team run data cleansing exercises on customer data – such washing a campaign in the lead up to Tax or Christmas appeal, or producing data audits and data reports. 

Phil is now working as a solutions consultant primarily focused on making sure Experian software and services are the best fit to resolve customer pain points.
