Melbourne-based community organisation Launch Housing is committed to ending homelessness. In 2021, the organisation created The Roughin' It Challenge, inviting supporters to live with no bed, one bag of belongings, and just $10 a day for one, three, or five days.

Supporters then asked their family, friends, and others to support them to raise money and complete the challenge, ultimately raising A$118,000 through 500+ participants!

Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present their ideas to Blackbaud Pacific before the winners are chosen
  • Any charitable organisation in Australia or New Zealand is eligible to enter the competition.
  • Entries will close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 August 2021.
  • All prize package deliverables will be provided to the winner(s) through one or a number of Blackbaud Pacific’s in-house strategic and digital services and engaged marketing agencies.
  • The winning campaign(s) must be executed via the Blackbaud Peer-to-Peer Fundraising™, Powered by JustGiving® platform.
  • The winning organisation(s) must be willing to share their experience(s) via a published case study upon the completion of their campaign(s).
  • The winning organisation(s) agree to promote their winning campaign(s) via their own channels/media.
